For all question and enquires including returns please send an email to the address below. We understand receiving a swift response is important to you and as such we endeavour to answer all emails within 24hrs.

PLACING AN ORDER
Simply click on the item you're interested in, select the colour and size and then click 'add to cart'. The next step is to click 'cart' at the top right-hand corner of your screen. Here you can check over your order before proceeding with the payment process via paypal.
PAYMENTS AND SHIPPING
Shipping is charged at cost and varys between destination and order volume. We will try our best to dispatch all orders within two working days. Please allow 5 days for delivery from the day of dispatch.
If you have any special requests or address changes, then send us a short email and we will do our best to accommodate them.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We will no longer be shipping internationally.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; therefore we offer a 28-day window for returns following the date of purchase. We provide a hassle-free exchange or refund system for all purchases within this timeframe as long as item/s is un-damaged and still has its original tags. We cannot refund your costs associated with returning the item/s to us. PlusSki operates a policy whereby the postage cost of the first exchange is free of charge. The postage costs of any subsequent exchanges must be covered by the customer.
